1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to CASAFI.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CASAFI website, applications, Creator OS, studios, AI services, livestreaming features, marketplace, competitions, pools, wallet services, digital assets, and related products and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any CASAFI service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
If you use CASAFI on behalf of a business, creator organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity conducted through your account, except where caused by CASAFI's failure to meet its legal obligations.
- Maintaining accurate account and contact information.
- Notifying CASAFI promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use financial services, paid competitions, pools involving monetary entry fees or prizes, token transactions, or other age-restricted features. Additional age or eligibility requirements may apply under local law.
CASAFI may require identity verification, age verification, or other checks before enabling certain services.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or operate an account that you are not authorized to control.
3. CASAFI Platform and Services
CASAFI provides technology and digital services that may include:
- Creator OS and creator workspaces.
- AI-powered image, video, voice, music, research, and content-production studios.
- AI-assisted project planning, workflows, automation, and asset management.
- Livestreaming, creator profiles, social features, and communities.
- Digital and physical product marketplaces.
- Gaming competitions, tournaments, challenges, and pools.
- Creator monetization, memberships, referrals, and promotional programs.
- Wallet interfaces, payment tools, rewards, and supported digital-asset features.
- Publishing and integrations with authorized external services.
Features may be introduced, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Not every feature is available in every country or to every account.
CASAFI may impose limits based on account status, eligibility, available capacity, technical requirements, applicable law, or provider restrictions.
4. AI Services and Generated Content
CASAFI may provide artificial intelligence tools that generate, edit, analyze, or transform text, images, video, audio, code, and other content.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
- Generated content may not be unique.
- CASAFI does not guarantee that generated content is factually correct, commercially usable, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on it.
- You must not use AI tools to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit photographs, recordings, documents, voices, likenesses, trademarks, characters, and other reference materials to CASAFI.
You may not use CASAFI AI tools to impersonate people, create deceptive material, violate privacy, or generate content that unlawfully exploits another person's identity or intellectual property.
CASAFI may use third-party technology providers to process prompts, files, and generation requests to provide the requested service. Processing is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.
5. User Content and Ownership
"User Content" means material you upload, create, submit, publish, stream, or otherwise make available through CASAFI.
You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your original User Content.
By submitting or publishing User Content, you grant CASAFI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate and provide the Platform.
- Display your content to audiences you select.
- Perform the actions you request, including generation, editing, publishing, and distribution.
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve CASAFI services.
- Enforce these Terms and comply with legal obligations.
This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to backups, legal obligations, and the rights of other users who have lawfully received or interacted with your content.
You represent that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, and licenses required for your User Content and for the uses described in these Terms.
CASAFI does not claim ownership of your original creative work merely because you upload or create it using the Platform.
6. Creator Services and Monetization
CASAFI may allow creators to:
- Establish creator profiles and workspaces.
- Publish and distribute content.
- Offer memberships, subscriptions, services, and digital products.
- Operate stores and marketplace listings.
- Participate in sponsorships, promotions, and referral campaigns.
- Receive eligible revenue, rewards, or payments.
Creators are responsible for their products, services, descriptions, pricing, customer communications, fulfillment, intellectual-property rights, and applicable taxes.
CASAFI may establish platform fees, transaction fees, subscription charges, creator revenue-sharing arrangements, and other charges. Applicable amounts and terms must be presented to users before the relevant transaction.
CASAFI does not guarantee that creators will earn revenue, obtain customers, receive a particular audience size, or achieve any particular commercial result.
7. Marketplace
CASAFI may provide a marketplace where users offer digital products, physical products, services, creative assets, templates, media, and other permitted items.
Unless a transaction explicitly states otherwise, the seller is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the listing.
- Ownership and authorization to sell the item.
- Delivery, fulfillment, and customer support.
- Refunds and returns where required.
- Applicable taxes and consumer-protection obligations.
CASAFI may provide listing, discovery, payment, order-management, and dispute-support technology. The exact role CASAFI plays in each transaction will be disclosed where applicable.
CASAFI may remove listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or marketplace requirements.
8. Pools, Competitions, and Prizes
CASAFI may support gaming competitions, tournaments, creator challenges, prediction-style activities, and other pool-based experiences.
Each competition must display its applicable rules before participation, including, where relevant:
- Eligibility requirements.
- Entry fees.
- Participant limits.
- Scoring and winner-determination rules.
- Prize structure and distribution.
- Deadlines and cancellation conditions.
- Refund conditions.
- Any required verification.
By entering a competition, you agree to its displayed rules.
Only participants who satisfy the competition's registration and eligibility requirements may be considered eligible competitors. A participant's appearance in an external scoreboard or media feed does not, by itself, establish eligibility.
CASAFI may use software, evidence-processing systems, automated scoring, and human review to validate competition results. Results may be delayed when evidence is incomplete, inconsistent, disputed, or unavailable.
CASAFI will not knowingly represent an unverified result as a confirmed result. A competition may be placed under review, cancelled, or refunded according to its published rules and applicable law.
CASAFI does not guarantee that a competition will be available at all times or that any participant will win.
Certain competitions, prize structures, or entry-fee activities may be restricted by jurisdiction. CASAFI may block participation where required.
9. Wallets, CASA, Digital Assets, and Payments
CASAFI may provide wallet interfaces and features involving supported payment methods, digital assets, rewards, and the CASA token.
You acknowledge that:
- Digital assets may fluctuate in value.
- Transactions on public blockchains may be irreversible.
- Network fees, provider fees, and processing delays may apply.
- CASAFI cannot guarantee blockchain network availability or transaction confirmation times.
- You are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, networks, amounts, and transaction details before authorizing a transfer.
- You are responsible for protecting your private keys and recovery credentials when using self-custody wallets.
CASAFI does not guarantee that CASA will maintain a particular price, market value, liquidity level, or exchange listing.
The ability to purchase, transfer, stake, redeem, convert, or withdraw CASA depends on the specific asset, supported infrastructure, available liquidity, applicable agreements, and legal permissions.
CASAFI credits, promotional rewards, and internal balances are not automatically equivalent to cash, USDC, or another redeemable asset. Redemption rights exist only when expressly offered under applicable program terms.
Any conversion of CASA or another supported asset into USDC or fiat currency is subject to availability, eligibility, quoted rates, fees, liquidity, verification, and the applicable provider's terms.
CASAFI does not promise that every user can convert assets or withdraw to every wallet, payment application, or bank account.
10. External Payment and Financial Providers
CASAFI may connect users to independent payment processors, wallet providers, financial institutions, exchanges, liquidity providers, and payout providers.
Those providers may:
- Perform identity and compliance checks.
- Set transaction limits and fees.
- Reject, delay, reverse, or restrict transactions.
- Require additional documentation.
- Apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Where a provider directly receives or holds user funds, that provider is responsible for the services it performs under its agreement with the user and applicable law.
CASAFI does not claim to be a bank or financial institution merely because it provides software interfaces or connects users to external providers.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular payment, conversion, or withdrawal method will be available.
11. Lottery and Other Regulated Third-Party Services
If CASAFI makes a regulated third-party product available, the Platform's role will be limited to the technology and intermediary functions expressly disclosed for that service and permitted by applicable law.
Where an authorized independent provider handles a lottery or similar regulated product:
- The provider is responsible for the legally authorized purchase and issuance of the official ticket or product.
- The provider is responsible for receiving the purchase funds.
- The provider is responsible for validating the ticket and determining prize eligibility.
- The provider is responsible for paying prizes directly to eligible users.
- CASAFI may provide the interface, request routing, status information, and technology services.
- CASAFI may receive an agreed technology fee from the provider under a separate agreement.
CASAFI does not represent that it is a lottery operator, ticket issuer, prize administrator, or authorized seller unless that status is expressly established and disclosed.
A request submitted through CASAFI is not proof that an official ticket has been purchased. The user must receive confirmation from the authorized provider.
Availability is subject to jurisdiction, age, eligibility, provider authorization, and applicable law. CASAFI may disable these services in any location where they are not permitted.
12. Referral Programs and Promotional Rewards
CASAFI may offer referral links, referral codes, creator campaigns, promotional rewards, and other incentive programs.
Each campaign may have its own eligibility rules, qualification requirements, reward amounts, limits, expiration dates, and payment conditions.
A referral reward is earned only when the applicable campaign requirements have been satisfied and verified.
CASAFI may reject, reverse, or withhold rewards associated with fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, manipulation, false information, or violations of campaign rules.
Promotional rewards are subject to the specific campaign terms and are not guaranteed income.
13. Subscriptions, Credits, Fees, and Refunds
CASAFI may offer free services, subscriptions, paid features, usage-based charges, and credits.
Before confirming a paid transaction, CASAFI will display the applicable price or calculation method, where required.
You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for transactions you confirm.
Unless applicable law or a specific product policy requires otherwise:
- Fees for completed services are non-refundable.
- Unused credits have no cash value unless expressly stated.
- Promotional credits may expire or be subject to restrictions.
- Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
- Refunds for failed transactions will be handled under the applicable transaction rules and law.
CASAFI will not intentionally charge twice for the same completed transaction. Where an error occurs, CASAFI may issue a refund or corrective transaction as appropriate.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud, deception, theft, or financial abuse.
- Manipulate competition results, scoring, evidence, or participant identities.
- Use unauthorized automation, bots, exploits, or system interference.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise CASAFI systems.
- Access another user's account or private information without authorization.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.
- Publish unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Circumvent account restrictions, geographic restrictions, or eligibility controls.
- Manipulate referral campaigns, rewards, credits, or marketplace transactions.
- Use CASAFI to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited financial activity.
CASAFI may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
15. Third-Party Integrations
CASAFI may integrate with external platforms and service providers, including publishing, streaming, payment, storage, AI, and wallet services.
Your use of an external service may be subject to its own terms, privacy policy, permissions, and availability.
CASAFI is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or an express agreement.
Connecting an external account does not automatically authorize every possible action. CASAFI must request the permissions needed for the particular feature, and actions requiring user approval must be presented for approval.
YouTube Integration
CASAFI may use YouTube API Services to support authorized account connections, channel information, video management, analytics, or publishing features.
When using CASAFI's YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API policies.
CASAFI will identify actions that affect your YouTube account and obtain the required authorization before performing them.
You may revoke CASAFI's access through your Google security permissions at:
https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Revoking access to CASAFI does not itself delete content stored on YouTube. You must use YouTube or an authorized tool that supports deletion to remove content from YouTube.
16. Privacy
Your use of CASAFI is also governed by the CASAFI Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy explains how CASAFI collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information.
17. Intellectual Property of CASAFI
The Platform's software, design, branding, interfaces, logos, documentation, and other CASAFI-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CASAFI-owned materials.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of CASAFI intellectual property to you.
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using CASAFI at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting CASAFI.
CASAFI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms.
- Protect users, creators, or the Platform.
- Investigate suspected fraud or security incidents.
- Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Respond to provider restrictions or service termination.
- Address unpaid amounts or material misuse.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, CASAFI will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
19. Platform Availability and Disclaimers
CASAFI works to maintain a reliable Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
The Platform and services are provided on an "as available" and, to the extent permitted by law, "as is" basis.
CASAFI does not guarantee:
- That every feature will always be available.
- That AI outputs will be accurate or suitable.
- That a creator will earn revenue.
- That a competition will produce a particular result.
- That a digital asset will retain value or liquidity.
- That an external provider will approve or complete a transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CASAFI and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASAFI's total liability for claims arising from the Platform will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to CASAFI for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CASAFI against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful conduct.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
- Your User Content or products.
- Your misuse of the Platform.
This section does not require you to indemnify CASAFI for CASAFI's own unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot legally be shifted to you.
22. Changes to These Terms
CASAFI may update these Terms as its services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will give you notice before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
